Join us in the lush rainforest of Costa Rica for a 6-night women’s yoga and wellness retreat designed to help you regulate, realign, and return to yourself.
Set on 20 acres of vibrant jungle with six waterfalls flowing through the property, this sanctuary offers more than beauty — it offers space. Space to breathe. Space to soften. Space to listen.

I don’t teach from a script. I teach from the present moment — from what I’m living and integrating. And right now, that is nervous system regulation, embodied strength, and alignment in our relationships, career, and self-trust.
Through daily yoga, meditation, breathwork, and nature immersion, we follow the R.E.N.E.W. journey:

Grounding movement and breath practices help shift the body from stress response into safety.
E — Exhale
Unhurried mornings, restorative sessions, and the sounds of the jungle allow your nervous system to soften.
N — Nourish
Three daily organic, farm-to-table meals crafted from fresh local ingredients support deep replenishment. Sunlight, movement, rest, and meaningful connection nourish on every level.
E — Embody
Strength training sessions in our climate-controlled gym and mindful movement in the open-air yoga shala reconnect you to your vitality — without pushing, without proving.
W — Wildly Align
Surrounded by waterfalls, jungle canopy, and nearby beaches, you begin to hear yourself again. From regulation comes clarity. From clarity comes alignment.
Adventure is available — beaches just 15 minutes away, jungle hikes, water sports, coffee and cacao tours — but this retreat is not about filling every moment.

With over 20 years of global travel experience and a degree in Recreation Management from Arizona State University, she blends adventure with mindfulness to create unforgettable experiences.
A master’s degree in Holistic Nutrition, a 1000-hour Yoga Therapy Certification, and extensive training in yoga, personal training, and Thai massage all shape her dynamic teaching style—rooted in strength, stability, and meditation. Whether guiding a yoga class or a retreat across the globe, Alisha’s mission is to inspire balance, well-being, and meaningful connection.
SKy Swisa
Sky is a certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor specializing in breathwork, postpartum recovery, and Yoga movement + core training.
As a holistic health coach (IIN, NY), she supports clients through balanced living, seasonal detox, and hormonal wellness.
Her rich experience spans Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and lymphatic health—offering students a deeply integrated approach to vitality and longevity. Rooted in the Dharma Yoga lineage, Sky blends ancient yoga philosophy with mystical wisdom—from Kabbalah insights to Joe Dispenza’s abundance mindset meditations—creating transformative body-mind journeys that awaken clarity, strength, and joy..
