Do I need yoga experience?

Daily movement and yoga practices are designed to be accessible and supportive for all levels and are intended to complement the overall retreat experience rather than be the sole focus of the retreat. Participation is highly encouraged.

Is Guatemala safe?

Yes. We will be staying in the peaceful lakeside village of Santa Cruz La Laguna and traveling together as a group throughout the retreat experience.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Yes. Please share any dietary restrictions or allergies during registration so we can best accommodate your needs.

What is the weather like in January?

January and February are considered some of the best months to visit Guatemala, offering warm sunny days, cooler evenings, and beautiful clear views of the surrounding volcanoes.

What should I expect from the accommodations?

We will be staying in a beautiful private lakeview villa featuring shared gathering spaces, an infinity pool, ensuite bathrooms, and thoughtfully designed rooms inspired by the culture and beauty of Guatemala.

Can I come alone?

Are flights included?

No. Guests are responsible for booking their own flights to Guatemala City (GUA).

Will there be free time?

Yes. While we’ll have group experiences and excursions throughout the week, there will also be plenty of time to relax, explore, paddleboard, journal, rest by the pool, or simply enjoy the beauty of Lake Atitlán.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in the event of unexpected cancellations, delays, or emergencies.

How physically demanding is the retreat?

This retreat includes light to moderate activity such as walking, hiking, paddleboarding, and optional adventure experiences. Guests are always encouraged to move at their own pace and participate in activities that feel aligned for them.
